EverythingDrilling.com reserves the right to deny publication of
listings at the discretion of EverythingDrilling.com. The listing of non-drilling equipment related products will
not be permitted.
The product listings on EverythingDrilling.com are solely for informational purposes and
the products in which they advertise are for sale by the listed seller,
not by EverythingDriling.com. All information
published about a particular product is supplied by the seller and not by EverythingDrilling.com. The
price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation
between the buyer and the seller. The prices published on
EverythingDrilling.com often do not include tax,
shipping fees, title, emission testing, finance charges, and other related charges.
These additional fees may be added to the price price to arrive at the final sale price of a product. We strongly
recommend that buyers confirm a final product cost with the seller
before purchasing.

they offer to a buyer. Nor can we assure the seller that the
check/payment they receive from a buyer is legitimate. When

responsible for their

By submitting a listing through EverythingDrilling.com, you agree to pay the fees specified for the listing package you choose via paypal.com, regardless of whether your product(s) sell as a result of you listing on EverythingDrilling.com. Listing fees are non-refundable.
3. Third Party links
EverythingDrilling.com is not responsible for the
products or services offered on websites listed in drilling
equipment ads on EverythingDrilling.com. By using our services,
you release EverythingDrilling.com from any damages that may
arise, and agree to not assert any claims against us resulting from your purchase or
use of third-party supplied products and services.

EverythingDrilling.com, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws. You
